People joke that Candidasa has no beach (because when they used the coral for concrete to build hotels the sand washed away!), but at least the Rama Hotel is oceanside, with superb sea views and right away from the busy main road. But joking aside, Candi Dasa, or this part of "Candi" is a great place to relax and the Rama one of the better hotels to do it in; plus they are Balinese friendly!
